GiftCards.com Gift Cards can only be used to make purchases. There is no cash access to the funds on the cards via an ATM or bank transaction. We offer reloadable Visa® or Mastercard® reward cards with ATM capabilities on our sister site, www.OmniCard.com, for corporate customers.

No, funds do not expire. If funds remain on your card after the valid through date on the front of the card, call Customer Service to obtain a no fee replacement card. All gift cards (except our discount gift cards) have a seven-year expiration date from the time of purchase. The expiration date is printed on the front of the card. There are no fees associated with using our gift cards to make a purchase; however, cards that are inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be charged a $4.95 per month Service Fee, except GiftBrands products.

There are no activation fees for purchased store and restaurant brand gift cards or egift cards. You will, however, pay an activation fee to buy a Visa or Mastercard gift card or egift card. Review our purchasing fee schedule for more information.

Orders placed weekdays between 8AM and 5PM EST are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed over the weekend may take 48 to 72 hours to process. Once processed, gift card delivery is estimated below and is subject to change.

Unless a future delivery date is scheduled, on average, Visa eGift Card Card orders placed before 10pm EST on business days are emailed within 4 hours of purchase. Merchant eGift Cards will be delivered within 24 business hours from the time of purchase. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Additionally, we review all orders for potential credit card fraud. If we find irregularities with a purchase, the purchase may be delayed or you may receive an automated phone call to verify and confirm your order. We will NOT process or ship orders that require additional verification before confirmation is received by the credit card holder.

Although the front of the gift card says “Debit,” our cards can be processed either as debit or credit transactions. Credit transactions do not require a Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you would like to use one of our cards as a debit transaction, visit the Change/Set PIN page or contact Customer Service to set a PIN.

Please note: our cards cannot be used to receive cash from an ATM or from a cashier.

Gift card orders are cancelled for the following reasons:

  • Information provided does not match the information on file at your bank.
  • Image does not meet regulatory requirements.
  • Delivery address deemed undeliverable.
  • Your order was not confirmed with our automated call system.

An order cancellation e-mail will specify the exact problem.

For CREDIT Transactions: If the purchase is greater than the funds available on the gift card, the card may be declined. To make a purchase greater than the balance of the gift card, split the purchase into two transactions. Tell the cashier in advance the exact amount to deduct from the gift card. Then pay the balance of the purchase with a second form of payment such as cash, check, or a credit card. Please note, not all merchants are equipped to handle “split tender” transactions.

For DEBIT Transactions: In order to use your gift card as a debit transaction, you will need to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN) at the point of sale. To set a PIN, visit the Change/Set PIN page or contact Customer Service.

Payment processing terminals at restaurants, gas stations, and other service merchants vary. Additionally online shopping carts may have certain requirements as well. Review the following suggestions to ensure your gift card is accepted:

  • Restaurants and other Service Merchants – Restaurants and other service merchants such as spas or salons may automatically run an authorization transaction of 20 percent more than the total bill to ensure the gift card has enough funds to cover a gratuity. We recommend that you ask the cashier to either charge only the bill amount (minus the gratuity) or reduce the bill amount by 20 percent and retry the transaction. Be prepared to pay the bill difference with another form of payment.
  • Gas Stations – When a card is swiped at a gas station pump, the dollar amount of the transaction is unknown. So gas station pumps typically pre-authorize $75 or more on the card swiped. To avoid having this hold placed on your gift card, pay inside. Tell the attendant to only charge the amount you specify and to run the card as a “credit” transaction.
  • Hotels – At check-in, hotels may automatically place a hold on gift card funds for the estimated amount of the stay, plus up to 30 percent for incidentals. To avoid having this hold placed on your gift card, use a credit card when checking into the hotel instead. Then pay the final bill with the gift card.
  • Auto Rentals – Many car rental companies require a credit card to make a reservation. To use a gift card, reserve a car with a credit card but tell the attendant you will pay the final bill with a gift card.
  • Online – If you experience difficulty using your gift card for online or telephone purchases, the most likely reason is that the merchant’s fraud screening process is matching the billing information entered at checkout with the billing information on your gift card. To avoid this mismatch, sign up for an account at GiftCards.com, register the gift card, and assign a name and address to it.

Please note: our cards cannot be used to receive cash from an ATM or from a cashier. Additionally, transactions for online gambling sites, adult websites, money transfer services, PayPal, and recurring bill payment will be declined.

Facebook Messenger

Merchant gift cards do not have any fees. Expiration will vary by merchant and from state to state, please refer to their specific terms and conditions found on each brand’s page prior to purchasing the eGift card. If there is no expiration date listed, the card will generally be valid as long as the store remains solvent.

eGift cards purchased through the GiftCards.com Messenger chat extension uses Facebook payments which allows for secure credit, debit and PayPal payment. Once an order has processed, we cannot issue refunds for any eGift cards.

The GiftCards.com Facebook chat extension allows you to send gift cards quickly and easily through chat in the Messenger app. The GiftCards.com app on your phone is built with more functionality including customizable gift cards, the G-Money loyalty program, and a larger selection of brands.

If your purchase failed, check all payment and billing details and try again. If the transaction was completed, you can find it in the transaction history under GiftCards.com from the Facebook Messenger home page and resend. If you do not see it listed in the transaction history, the purchase was not made and you were not charged.

From the home screen of Facebook Messenger, click on GiftCards.com to find the transaction history. Select the correct transaction and share it with the original recipient again. The eGift cannot be sent to a new recipient. If you do not see the transaction listed, the purchase was not made and your credit card was not charged.

Giftcards.com, the premier gift card shopping site, has created a new Messenger chat extension that allows you to buy and send eGift cards, within the chat in Facebook Messenger. This is a convenient and secure way to send eGift cards to your friends. Only the intended receiver can see the eGift redemption information. Your credit card information is safely stored by Facebook.

Only the recipient can view the eGift card. You will receive a confirmation of the purchase and see the delivery in the chat. Even though Facebook messenger allows sharing of a message with more than one person, the shared eGift card will be viewable only by the original, intended recipient.

Today we do not allow eGift cards to be sent in a group chat. Only one recipient at a time can receive and view an eGift card.

General Gift Card

GiftCards.com Gift Cards are considered prepaid cards.  However, at the point of sale terminal, your gift card can be processed as a “credit” transaction to avoid needing a PIN. If you would like to use a GiftCards.com Gift Card as a “debit” transaction, contact Customer Service to obtain a PIN.

Please note, your card cannot be used at an ATM or bank to receive cash.

Lost or Stolen cards can be replaced for $5.00 Lost/Stolen Card Replacement Fee per card.

If you notice unauthorized transactions on your card, please contact Customer Service.

Vermont does not allow the sale of cards with an inactivity or dormancy fee. All Gift cards, with the exception of the GiftBrands Product, will be charged a $4.95 per month service fee for cards that are inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. If you have received a card and cannot register it because you have a Vermont address, please contact Customer Service for a refund. Once the Merchant eGift Card has been e-mailed, it is non-refundable. If the intended recipient does not receive the e-card or accidentally deletes it, ask the recipient to check SPAM folders, deleted email folders or automatic filters. Your recipient will receive an email message that contains a link to the gift card. The link will take the recipient to the personalized eGift Card where it can either be printed or entered into a mobile wallet application for presentation at a merchant location. In some cases, the merchant may specify that an egift card must be used online. Please refer to redemption instructions on each brand’s page for specific instructions.

You will also receive a confirmation email. If the recipient does not receive the Merchant egift card, instruct the recipient to check e-mail as well as any SPAM folders or automatic filters. If the gift card does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact Customer Service for assistance. Have the invoice number and the recipient’s e-mail address available prior to making the call.

Ordering

Visa and Mastercard Gift cards can be purchased in any amount from $10 to $500. Any increment between those limits is considered a valid gift card amount. Merchant Gift Cards can be purchased in amounts ranging from $10 to $500, depending on the merchant. Some merchant gift cards only allow for set denominations such as $25, $50, and $100.

Orders can only be cancelled before the order is printed and shipped. Orders are typically printed and shipped within one business day of the order being placed. Once the order has been printed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified.

The gift card recipient accepts our Terms and Conditions either by signing the back of the card, by using the card, by receiving the card by request, or by purchasing the card online and manually checking the box, agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

In addition, each gift card is affixed to or includes a copy of the Terms and Conditions. This Cardholder Agreement fully explains the rules regarding the use of the card as well as the fees associated with the gift card.

By purchasing a gift card from GiftCards.com, you are accepting all of the terms and usages of the GiftCards.com Gift Card.

For corporate bulk order customers ordering 50 or more gift cards, a corporate bulk order agreement must be signed and faxed to GiftCards.com at 412-921-7345 before the order can be processed. Corporate gift cards are available at www.OmniCard.com.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover®, and American Express® credit and debit cards registered to United States addresses. International orders will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of our products, only certain types of gift cards can be returned for a refund. For full details and restrictions, please review our Returns and Refunds Policy.

If you’re having trouble completing an order, check the following:

  • For Visa and Mastercard, ensure the 3-digit Security Code (CVN) on the back of the card is entered correctly. For American Express, ensure the 4-digit Security Code (CVN) on the front of the card is entered correctly.
  • Ensure the expiration date is entered correctly.
  • Ensure the address entered on the gift card form matches the billing address on your credit or debit card.
  • Ensure all billing information is entered correctly by calling the issuer of your credit or debit card to confirm.

United States residents ages 18 and older can place an order of less than 50 gift cards with GiftCards.com. Gift card orders of more than 50 cards should go through our Corporate Division, www.OmniCard.com. International orders will not be accepted.

AVS Mismatch error means the billing address entered does not match the billing address on file with the issuer of your credit or debit card. Common errors include using abbreviations (e.g. “St.”) instead of spelled out words (e.g. “Street”).

Personalized Gift Cards

Personalized gift cards are not reloadable. Once the value of the card is depleted, the card is no longer valid. However, we recommend keeping the gift card until you are certain that items purchased with the card will not need to be returned.

We offer reloadable cards to corporate customers at www.OmniCard.com.

Personalized Gift Cards carry a fixed dollar value. Each time the gift card is used, the value is reduced by the amount of the purchase. Once this amount is completely spent, the recipient can either dispose of the card or retain it as a keepsake of the original gift. By contrast, traditional credit cards are not only for making purchases, but are designed as potential, long-term tools for credit-building and personal financial transactions.

All images are subject to review and must meet regulatory requirements.

For best results, uploaded images must be at least 640 × 480 pixels and must be in one of the following formats: .jpg, .gif, or .png.

Images that contain the following will not be accepted:

  • Company names, trademarks, logos, slogans, works of art, copyrighted materials or brands of any third party and their likeness.
  • Celebrities, professional athletes, actors, cartoons, or computer game figures that are the sole focus of the image.
  • Advertising or promotional materials or branded products.
  • Phone numbers, addresses, URL addresses, account or PIN numbers.
  • Violence, blood, dead animals, indecency, nudity or semi-nudity.
  • Culturally or socially insensitive text or images, or those that show alcohol, tobacco, gambling, firearms, online or role playing games, or adult entertainment.
  • Text or images that display the views, opinions or beliefs of political groups or religions.
  • Libelous or derogatory or defamatory content.
  • Discriminative or provocative content.
  • Numbers, text or images that might induce misunderstanding.
  • Images that display anti-government behavior or sentiment, or content that is in violation of any rules, regulations, or laws.
  • Text or images that might result in card acceptance confusion by merchants.
  • Other text or images that are deemed not suitable for any reason for use as a gift card face by GiftCards.com or our partners.

Personalized gift cards can be purchased in any amount from $10 to $500. Any increment between those limits is considered a valid gift card amount.

Although you do not have to enter a name in the embossed text fields, words (e.g. Happy Birthday, Best Friend, etc.) must be entered.

Please note that some telephone and online merchants require the name and address associated with a prepaid card. So if the card doesn’t have a name printed on it, you should sign up for an account at GiftCards.com, register the gift card, and assign a name and address to it.

For your convenience, Personalized gift cards can be processed as credit transactions so that Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) are not required. For Visa gift cards issued after June 30, 2016, your PIN is the last four digits of your card number. To change or set your PIN, visit the Change/Set PIN page.

Select “Activate” at the top of GiftCards.com to activate your gift card. You will need to enter the 16-digit number on the front of the card and the 3-digit security code (CVN) found on the back of the card. You can also contact Customer Service to activate a gift card over the phone.

Personalized gift cards are prepaid cards that can be customized with photos, images, and embossed messages. Bearing the Visa or Mastercard logo, these cards can be used in the U.S. and District of Columbia everywhere Visa debit cards and Debit Mastercard is accepted. Cards may not be used at any merchant, including Internet and mail or telephone order merchants, outside of the U.S. or the District of Columbia.

Unlike a store brand gift card that comes in a standard design and can only be used where it was purchased, Personalized gift cards are a unique gift of choice that can be redeemed online, in restaurants, at small boutiques, and virtually anywhere the recipient would like to shop.

Personalized Gift Cards can be redeemed wherever Visa Debit cards or Debit Mastercard are accepted in the US, except at online gambling sites, adult websites, money transfer services, and PayPal. Personalized gift cards cannot be used for recurring payment transactions.

There are no fees associated with using a personalized gift card to make a purchase.

Small Business Visa Reward Cards

All images are subject to review and must meet regulatory requirements by our compliance team, issuing banks and Visa. For best results, uploaded images must be at least 640 × 480 pixels and must be in one of the following formats: .jpg, .gif, or .png.

Content that will NOT be approved:

  • Advertising, taglines, promo language, or websites that are not part of your standard logo/brand
  • Competitive marks or names
  • Card designs with multiple logos (only one logo per card is permitted)
  • Products not associated with your brand
  • Copyrighted or trademarked material not owned by your company
  • Celebrities or public figures not associated with your brand
  • Telephone numbers, addresses, URL addresses, account or PIN numbers
  • Any language or images that are provocative, obscene, or suggestive of violence
  • Texts or images that display the beliefs of political groups or religions
  • Product or brands associated with alcohol, tobacco, gambling or firearms
  • Texts or images that might result in confusion by merchants or cardholders
  • Other texts or images that are deemed not suitable for any reason for use as a card face by GiftCards.com or our partners
  • Unclear or poor image quality

 

There are no inactivity fees associated with a Small Business Reward Card.

Yes. Small Business Reward Cards can be used internationally. However, all international purchases are subject to a 3% transactional fee.

Yes. Small Business Reward Cards have a 12-month expiration. This is communicated on the “Good Thru” date on the front of the card.

No. Small Business Reward Cards do not have ATM or cash access.

Yes. Your small business may purchase up to $9,000 over a 12-month period, with a per order limit of $2500, from GiftCards.com. For any purchases exceeding these limits, you will be alerted at checkout and referred to our corporate sales division OmniCard.com.

Additionally, you may only purchase 50 cards per day from GiftCards.com.

Yes. All businesses are subject to a review process completed by our Compliance team. Small businesses must pass all portions of the review to complete an order.

Small Business Reward Cards are issued by CenterState Bank of Florida.

The Small Business Reward Card is a Visa Debit Reward card for businesses to purchase and give as a reward or incentive to their employees or customers. Small Business Reward Cards can be customized with company logos, branding, and messages. Bearing the Visa logo, these cards can be used everywhere Visa Debit cards are accepted.

Small Business Reward Cards can be loaded with funds ranging from $10 to $500.

Using My Gift Card

To make a purchase for more than the amount remaining on your gift card, you will need to know the remaining balance on your card and pay the difference first with cash, check, credit or debit card. Then use your gift card to pay for the remainder, or the last portion of the purchase. Merchants can use multiple forms of payment to pay for your purchases.

For example: You have a $25.00 gift card and are making a purchase for $35.00. Pay the $10.00 by cash, check, credit or debit card and then have the cashier run your gift card for the remaining $25.00 balance.

Select “Balance” at the top of GiftCards.com to check the balance of your gift card. You will need to enter the 16-digit number on the front of the card and the 3-digit security code (CVN) found on the back of the card. You can also contact Customer Service to check the balance of a gift card.

As of April 1, 2012, Federal regulations prohibit GiftCards.com Gift Cards from being used outside of the continental United States.

This card may be used in the U.S. and District of Columbia everywhere (Visa debit cards, Debit Mastercard, Discover® cards) is/are accepted. The card may not be used at any merchant, including Internet and mail or telephone order merchants, outside of the U.S. or the District of Columbia.

GiftCards.com Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with a PayPal account or for any recurring bill payments.

GiftCards.com Gift Cards can only be used to make purchases. There is no cash access to the funds on the cards via an ATM or bank transaction. We offer reloadable Visa or Mastercard reward cards with ATM capabilities on our sister site, www.OmniCard.com, for corporate customers.

No, funds do not expire. If funds remain on your card after the valid through date on the front of the card, call Customer Service to obtain a no fee replacement card. All gift cards (except our discount gift cards) have a seven-year expiration date from the time of purchase. The expiration date is printed on the front of the card. There are no fees associated with using our gift cards to make a purchase; however, cards that are inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be charged a $4.95 per month Service Fee, except GiftBrands products.

Store return policies may vary. You may receive a credit to your gift card, a cash refund or even a store credit, depending on the particular store. A credit to your account may take up to one week to process before it’s available for use.

Please note that GiftCards.com Gift Cards are not reloadable. If the original purchase depleted the value of the gift card, the account would automatically close. If the merchant insists on crediting the closed account, the account can be reopened and the gift card reissued for a fee of $5.00 which is deducted from the gift card value.

If your gift card is lost or stolen, contact Customer Service immediately. Provide as much detailed information as possible. Typically, we will suspend your lost/stolen card, and issue a replacement card for $5.00 which can be deducted from the gift card value.

Personalized Gift Cards can be redeemed wherever Visa Debit cards or Debit Mastercard are accepted in the US, except at online gambling sites, adult websites, money transfer services, and PayPal. Personalized gift cards cannot be used for recurring payment transactions.

Although the front of the gift card says “Debit,” our cards can be processed either as debit or credit transactions. Credit transactions do not require a Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you would like to use one of our cards as a debit transaction, visit the Change/Set PIN page or contact Customer Service to set a PIN.

Please note: our cards cannot be used to receive cash from an ATM or from a cashier.

For CREDIT Transactions: If the purchase is greater than the funds available on the gift card, the card may be declined. To make a purchase greater than the balance of the gift card, split the purchase into two transactions. Tell the cashier in advance the exact amount to deduct from the gift card. Then pay the balance of the purchase with a second form of payment such as cash, check, or a credit card. Please note, not all merchants are equipped to handle “split tender” transactions.

For DEBIT Transactions: In order to use your gift card as a debit transaction, you will need to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN) at the point of sale. To set a PIN, visit the Change/Set PIN page or contact Customer Service.

Payment processing terminals at restaurants, gas stations, and other service merchants vary. Additionally online shopping carts may have certain requirements as well. Review the following suggestions to ensure your gift card is accepted:

  • Restaurants and other Service Merchants – Restaurants and other service merchants such as spas or salons may automatically run an authorization transaction of 20 percent more than the total bill to ensure the gift card has enough funds to cover a gratuity. We recommend that you ask the cashier to either charge only the bill amount (minus the gratuity) or reduce the bill amount by 20 percent and retry the transaction. Be prepared to pay the bill difference with another form of payment.
  • Gas Stations – When a card is swiped at a gas station pump, the dollar amount of the transaction is unknown. So gas station pumps typically pre-authorize $75 or more on the card swiped. To avoid having this hold placed on your gift card, pay inside. Tell the attendant to only charge the amount you specify and to run the card as a “credit” transaction.
  • Hotels – At check-in, hotels may automatically place a hold on gift card funds for the estimated amount of the stay, plus up to 30 percent for incidentals. To avoid having this hold placed on your gift card, use a credit card when checking into the hotel instead. Then pay the final bill with the gift card.
  • Auto Rentals – Many car rental companies require a credit card to make a reservation. To use a gift card, reserve a car with a credit card but tell the attendant you will pay the final bill with a gift card.
  • Online – If you experience difficulty using your gift card for online or telephone purchases, the most likely reason is that the merchant’s fraud screening process is matching the billing information entered at checkout with the billing information on your gift card. To avoid this mismatch, sign up for an account at GiftCards.com, register the gift card, and assign a name and address to it.

Visa Five Back

Outside of the 5% Back award, no, the Card is disposable and cannot be reloaded. When all value is used, the card should be destroyed. Do not give your card to a merchant to destroy.

Yes. To set your PIN, visit www.giftcards.com/pin. Note the PIN can only be used for purchases and cannot be used to obtain cash at ATM’s or cash back with a purchase.

Yes. A Monthly Maintenance Fee of $4.95 will be deduced on the first day of the 13th month, following 12 months of inactivity. If your card is lost or stolen, there is a $5 Card Replacement Fee. To replace your Visa gift card, please call 1 (877) 944-3822

No, the funds on your Card do not expire.

Yes, your card will no longer work when the remaining value is equal to $0 or the “valid thru” date printed on the front of your card has passed. If funds still remain on your card after that date, please call 1 (877) 944-3822 to have a replacement issued and mailed to you at no cost. The balance on the replacement card will be equal to the balance on your discontinued card.

Depending on the merchant, merchandise returns may be refunded directly back to your Card, so be sure to keep it until you are sure you will not need it. Please note, merchandise return and refund policies vary by merchant. If the merchant issued a credit, it can take up to seven days to be added to your Card. If the merchant voided or cancelled the transaction in their register, the funds could be on hold for up to nine business days. The hold is automatically released after that time and the funds are placed back into your available balance. Check your balance regularly at www.giftcards.com/balance to determine when your Card has been credited for the return.

Please note: Some retailers will not have access to the remaining balance on your Card.

If your purchase is larger than your balance, advise the cashier to swipe your card equal to the exact amount available on the card. Then pay the remaining balance with another form of payment. Some merchants require the balance to be paid in cash. Note that some merchants may not be able to perform this type of split-tender transaction and online payment systems are generally not able to accept more than one card either.

If your Card is lost or stolen, call Customer Service IMMEDIATELY 24/7 at 1 (877) 944-3822 to cancel your card. You will need your Card number, so if you choose not to register your card, be sure to record the number in a safe place. You may also be required to provide additional information. If funds remain on your card, you will be charged a $5 Card Replacement Fee to receive a new card.

PLEASE NOTE: Some restaurants may factor in an additional 20% (or more) to cover gratuity. In this situation, if the total amount of your bill plus 20% exceeds the amount available on your card, it will be declined.

Payment at pay-at-the-pump stations should be made inside to avoid an authorization hold on your funds for more than the purchase amount. The ability to use your Card to pay at the pump will vary by merchant. This card is good for any purchase made inside a fuel station.

Your card can be used to purchase merchandise and services anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the United States. GiftCards.com Visa Gift Cards can only be used to make purchases. There is no cash access to the funds on the cards via an ATM or bank transaction. The amount of every purchase will automatically be deducted from the value on the Card. Use your card at preferred Five Back Program partners to earn up to 5% of the purchase price back to the card.

It takes 24 to 72 hours after the transaction has posted for the percentage earned at a preferred partner to be added back to the balance.

Use the GiftCards.com Visa Gift Card anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted in the United States and earn up to 5% of your purchase price added back to your card when you shop at participating merchants. The 5% Back Bonus offer is provided by the Award Sponsor and is not provided or endorsed by MetaBank or Visa.

When the value on your Visa gift card with Five Back Program reaches $0.10 or less you will no longer earn funds, as the reward would be less than one cent.

1. Protect your money. If your card is lost or stolen, you can request a new card by calling 1 (877) 944-3822.
2. Make online, mail or telephone purchases. Online, mail and telephone order merchants often require that personal information, including name, address, telephone number and email address of the cardholder be verified with the card-issuing bank prior to purchase. Unless you register your card in advance, there may be no way an online, mail or telephone order merchant can confirm your identity. Without such confirmation, the merchant might decline your purchase even if there are sufficient funds on the Card.
If you do not choose to register your card, we also suggest that you write down the Card number and Customer Service number from the back of the Card on a separate piece of paper in case the Card is lost or stolen.

The Virtual Account can be used for online and telephone purchases anywhere that Visa/Mastercard debit cards are accepted in the US. They may also be usable in stores where merchants are willing to manually key the card number and PIN into their credit card processing terminal.

It can sometimes take up to 24 business hours from the time of purchase to review the order unless you specify a future delivery date.

Virtual Accounts can be used to make purchases on the Internet and by telephone from any merchant that accepts Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

Since a physical gift card is not mailed, the recipient will receive notification of the Virtual Account via e-mail. Instruct the recipient to check e-mail as well as any SPAM folders or automatic filters. You and the recipient will receive a second reminder e-mail if the Virtual Account is not claimed within a few hours.

If the Virtual Account does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact Customer Service for assistance. Have the invoice number and the recipient’s e-mail address available prior to making the call.
